ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley Nicholson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. As a licensed account manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer's insurance needs, providing expert advice on suitable coverage options, and guiding them through the process of securing appropriate policies.   • Policy Sales- effectively communicate the features, benefits and terms of various insurance policies, guiding them through the selection and purchase process
  • Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships, providing ongoing support and assistance to address their insurance related needs.
  • Policy Management- Assist customers with policy management tasks such as policy renewals, updates and billing
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Active Property & Casualty License required
  • Active Life, Accident & Sickness License preferred (must be willing to obtain)
  • Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong customer service orientation with a dedication to meeting the needs of clients and providing personalized solutions
  • High ethical standards and integrity in all dealings with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills

This is a remote position.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
